Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to commercial business owners or authorized decision-makers whose insurance policies are up for renewal within the next 60 days.
• Participants must be residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.
• Only one entry per business entity is permitted.

2. How to Qualify

To be eligible to receive the promotional gift (a pair of wireless earbuds valued at approximately $175), participants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Submit a new insurance quote request that is not currently being quoted or handled by our team.
• Provide complete and accurate business and insurance information necessary to generate a quote. This includes a full copy of your current insurance policy.
• Receive a competitive quote from our agency via a phone call. Quotes delivered by email or text alone do not qualify.
• If we determine that we are not registered to write in your state or we do not offer the type of coverage needed, you will not qualify for the giveaway.
• No purchase is necessary to receive a quote or participate.

3. Gift Delivery

• Gifts will be shipped to qualified participants within 2–3 weeks after a completed phone quote has been delivered, and once a shipping address has been confirmed.
• Limit one gift per qualifying business.
• No cash or gift substitutions will be made.

4. Disqualification

• Incomplete quote requests or failure to provide all necessary information may result in disqualification.
• Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.

5. Additional Terms

• This giveaway is being run by SJJ Insurance Services, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple or any brand associated with the gift.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be contacted by our agency via phone or email regarding their quote.

6. Liability Waiver

• By participating, you release SJJ Insurance Services, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability related to the gift, the quoting process, or your participation in this promotion.

7. Privacy

• Any personal or business information provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing an insurance quote and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
